As we near the end of the school year, it's exciting for our seniors as they prepare to embark on their next journey. To celebrate their achievements and provide them with valuable opportunities, we're thrilled to announce the upcoming Cash for Grads event at John Glenn High School on April 18, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. We will be giving out $5,000 in scholarships!
EVENT DETAILS: Job Fair on April 24, 2024 will be held at the Baracy Center at 36455 Marquette, Ml 48185 from 8:30 am to 10:00 am and 11:30 am to 1:00 pm.

Thanks for a great week of testing. We will be wrapping up the last bit of testing for juniors over the next two weeks. Here is the remaining testing schedule (juniors only).
- Tuesday, April 16th - Make-up SAT - any junior who did not take the SAT this past week must report to John Glenn on Tuesday by 7 am. (including online juniors)
- M-step testing: Wednesday April 17th, Thursday April 18th, and Friday April 19th. Students testing locations will be posted in the main hallway on Monday. Students will need their Chromebooks.
- ACT Work Keys make-up: April 25th
Wayne-Westland Community Schools is hosting a 3v3 basketball tournament for grades 4-12 on May 11 at John Glenn High School!
- $25 per player
- Coed teams
- 4 players per team
- Half-court game format
- 3 game minimum
- Must be enrolled in Wayne-Westland Community Schools
Next week is a big week as we prepare for MME testing, which includes the SAT, ACT Work Keys, and M-step for all juniors and PSAT 9 and PSAT 10 for freshman and sophomores.
