We have a few more Test Days coming this week:

• SAT make up day: is April 16. We will reach out to the scholars that need to do the make up
• M-Step Testing day: is April 17. Scholars - please make sure to follow the information that will be provided to you. Make sure to do your very best.

We are now over half way though the month of April. The 4th Quarter is moving right along. Stay on top of your studies. Make good choices.

Wayne-Westland Community Schools is hosting a 3v3 basketball tournament for grades 4-12 on May 11 at John Glenn High School!  

• $25 per player
• Coed teams
• 4 players per team
• Half-court game format
• 3 game minimum
• Must be enrolled in Wayne-Westland Community Schools

Students - please make sure to follow the information that will be provided to you for our two State Testing Days on April 10 and April 11. Make sure to do your very best on those State Tests as your scores show how the education is going here at Wayne Memorial High School AND it can get you scholarship funds to help better support your future plans and goals. Wayne-Westland Community Schools presents our first annual Culture and Diversity Festival. This event is open to the public. 

Join us on Thursday, April 25, 2024 - 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at William D Ford Career Technical Center (36455 Marquette, Westland - next to John Glenn High School).
 

Greetings Wayne-Westland Families,

With less than two months left in the school year, our students are still learning, growing, and thriving. As our high school seniors prepare to conclude their K-12 experience with cherished traditions and celebrations, we look forward to welcoming a new group of Young 5s and kindergarten students next fall. Spring marks a significant and memorable time in our school district.

The Wayne-Westland Wrap Up

This April, as we join hands with communities nationwide during Sexual Assault Awareness Month, acknowledging that countless individuals carry the weight of this experience.

Friday, April 19 and Saturday April 20, 2024 at 7:00 pm.
Saturday, April 20 and Sunday April 21, 2024 at 2:00 pm.

In the John Glenn Auditorium - Doors open at 1:30 pm (for 2 pm shows) and 6:30 pm (for 7 pm shows).

Tickets: $5 for staff, students and kids. $10 for adults.
