Dear Wayne-Westland Community Staff and Families,

Weekly Letter to Students, Parents and Staff

Our hearts are heavy this morning as we process the news of a shooting at Michigan State University. Another senseless tragedy has taken place and our community grieves the innocent victims. During this difficult time, our thoughts remain with the families and loved ones of each person impacted by yesterday's devastating incident. Many in our district have family and friends who attend or work at MSU. Please join me in taking a moment to mourn the senseless loss of life. Let's stand together with the Spartan community, hoping for a greater future.
