WINTER WEATHER
We have some snow in the forecast for this week. While I am not predicting that we will have any days off, I wanted to take a minute and review how the district handles snow days. Only the superintendent can decide whether or not we have school when there is winter weather. He uses a number of different reports including how the road conditions will be in the morning to decide. No matter which program you are enrolled in at Stottlemyer, we follow the WWCS for school closures.
If school is canceled you will be notified in the following ways:
- Robo call from the district
- Dojo post from me or Amy
- Email from me or Amy
- Pop up notification if you visit any of the school/ district websites
- News and radio stations will report the closure
