Career Tech Students Shine in Graphic Design Contest

William D Ford Career Tech Graphic Design Contest Winners

The Graphic Design students at the William D. Ford Career-Technical Center entered a contest to design the cover page for the annual report for the Third Judicial Circuit Court. Our students won all three top prizes!

2020-2021 In-District Schools of Choice Program

The Schools of Choice application window runs through March 2, 2020.

Wayne-Westland Community Schools will offer district residents a Schools of Choice program for the 2020-2021 year for students in kindergarten through grade twelve. The Schools of Choice program provides parents the opportunity to move their child from one school to another within the boundaries of the school district PROVIDED there is room available in the school. Transportation to and from the school of choice must be provided by the parent or legal guardian.

Wayne-Westland Community Schools is offering a survey to all parents to determine their current mental health, academic, and basic needs. We are asking our families to fill out this Needs Survey . District staff will follow up to assist families with their needs.
