Statement:  "What I love most about my job is the ability to help others in need. I really enjoy being able to provide whatever support is needed to our students, families and staff. I have a true passion for helping others in crisis, from students experiencing homelessness and in foster care placements, to supporting our students and staff during difficult situations. I truly love what I do, and I'm so grateful to work for Wayne-Westland Community Schools.”

 

Daryl Beebe statement:  Amanda Dybus is one of the most caring, altruistic, dedicated, and hard-working individuals I know. She is determined to make a difference in this world and touches the lives of others daily. Amanda's invaluable contribution to our department and the Wayne Westland Community School District deserves special recognition. Her work with the Mental Health Task Force, Suicide Prevention Coalition, Crisis Prevention Team, Family Resource Centers, and Care Solace has been recognized locally, regionally, and nationally. She has positively impacted our school district students, staff, and community.
