It's hard to believe that we are now entering the month of December. The traditional 2nd Quarter and second half of the 1st Semester will fly by, as we have 3 full weeks of school to the Holiday Break. Upon our return from the Holiday Break, we have 1 full week of school and then 'Exam Week' and Record Days for Staff.
The time is now! Let's finish up this time period strong with our attendance and academics.

We have made it to Thanksgiving Week! Two days of school and then I hope that you have an amazing Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving Break, where you are able to rest, relax, enjoy, and fill your bucket during the time off.

As we move into November and get going into our traditional 2nd Quarter, I thought it would be a great reminder to bring this back to the top for you to self reflect and plan for your success!
STUDENT HABITS for Success!!
- Get Organized - use folders, eliminate clutter from your backpack
- Make Lists - list what needs to be done
- Plan - break down list by how much time each item will take
- Develop Routines - set aside time each day to review the day and to study
- Use your time wisely
- Ask for help
NEWSLETTER: WMHS Student Weekly Information -November 3, 2025
We have now completed our traditional 1st Quarter. Grades will be available to see in a Progress Report in MiStar by Wednesday, October 29.
This Tuesday we will run a 'Pink Out' to Support Cancer. WMHS, dress in Pink and if you can, bring some money for 'Minute to Win' donations during 6th hour.
This Friday is Halloween. Students can dress up for Halloween on Friday. Please remember that the dress code will still be enforced, along with no full face coverings, masks, and fake weapons used as props. Dress up! Have fun! .... But the costumes have to be school appropriate.
