Message from Mrs. Sheppard - Hello Graham Families!

We are almost to March and you know what that means… READING MONTH IS HERE!!!

This is truly one of my favorite months of the school year. It is such a joy to celebrate the love of reading with all of our students and their families. We sent a Reading Month note home earlier this week, and I’ve also attached it to this newsletter to keep you informed.

The Wayne-Westland Wrap Up

The Wayne-Westland Wrap Up

Do you know anyone from the Class of 2039? You do if you have a child who will be ready for kindergarten this fall. We invite you to join us for Kindergarten Round Up on March 13 at any of our amazing elementary schools here in Wayne-Westland. During Kindergarten Round Up, families will learn about our kindergarten curriculum, meet teachers and staff, tour the school and explore enrollment options.

The Wayne-Westland Wrap Up

This edition's topic....snow days. In light of a very crazy January, I wanted to share my thoughts when making those decisions. The amount of snow is definitely a factor as well as when it will come (a large amount of snow at 4 am cannot be cleared prior to school starting).
